My sound doesn't play

1. Open the app › Home › Test. If you hear it, the sound is fine and the automation needs fixing.
2. Re-run the setup guide: Settings › Re-run setup guide. It shows steps for your iOS version.
3. In the Shortcuts app, check the automation is set to Run Immediately and Notify When Run is off.

Apple plays its own short chime when CarPlay connects, and there can be a ~1 second delay before ours. That's iOS, not a bug.

My widget doesn't show in the car

Subscriptions

• Cancel: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or in the app: Settings › Manage.
• Restore on a new phone: Settings › Restore purchases (same Apple ID).
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Family Sharing is supported for Pro.
